David Neal Ewing has been a member of Clan Ewing in America since 1996 and has served as its Chancellor since 2006. He previously served as Chair of its Board of Directors from 2004-2006. He is also Administrator of the Ewing Surname Y-DNA Project, which he founded in 2004, and he is a regular contributor to the Journal of Clan Ewing. Dr. Ewing has a private practice in clinical geriatric neuropsychiatry in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received his M.D. degree from the University of New Mexico and did his residency training at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

George William Ewing - Past Chairman and Chancellor of Clan Ewing in America and sixth great-grandson of John of Carnashannagh - is a native of Muncie, Indiana, and has been a resident of Battle Creek, Michigan, since 1963. George served with the U.S. Army's 40th Infantry Division in Korea during the Korean Conflict. He worked in banking and finance for over ten year, leaving this sector in 1996 to start his own RV business and then retiring after thirty years. A longtime member of the Birchwood Methodist Church in Battle Creek, he is also an associate member of the Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He is a past President, Battle Creek Chapter, American Institute of Banking, past Exalted Ruler and Honorary Life Member of Battle Creek Elks Lodge 131, a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a past Co-chair of the Battle Creek Area United Way, and a Member of the American Legion.

Mary Ewing Gosline, currently Chair of the Board of Directors, is coordinating Echoes of the Shenandoah, the 2008 Gathering of Clan Ewing in America. A member of Clan Ewing since 1990, she has been interested in family history since 1970 and is a descendent of John Ewing of Carnashannagh and his son Samuel. In 2005 she wrote a booklet on her great-grandfather's family, "Joseph Henry Ewing and Ann Louisa McDonald, Coles County and Douglas County, Illinois" for a reunion. Future plans are to extend this work to include ancestors and children of Joseph and Ann. With a B.S. degree from DePauw University, she taught mathematics at the middle school, high school, and community college levels.

William Ewing Riddle is a great-great-great-grandson of Squire James Ewing (son of Alexander who was son of James Ewing of Inch Island). Bill is Web Master for Clan Ewing's web site and Editor of the Journal of Clan Ewing. Outside his genealogical work, he helps organizations certify that their software development procedures satisfy regulatory requirements and lead to high-quality products. He holds advanced degrees from Cornell and Stanford and has worked in academia, industry and government.
